3. Commission and Payouts

• Commission rates are agreed upon before service delivery.
• Payouts are processed within a reasonable timeframe after successful payment confirmation.
• ImexSource Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

4. User Responsibilities

5. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, are subject to agreement between the client and service provider. ImexSource Inc. is not liable for service quality disputes.
